IELO network

European interconnections

In order to maximize our network interconnections IELO is counting on a physical presence on the biggest west-european IX. We privilege globally these interconnections.

Our national network

IELO operates a national network of more than 21,000 km of its own fibre optic cables, as well as long-distance OTN WDM interconnections. These 21,000 km of cables cover more than 120 conurbations and enable its partner operators to connect almost 3,000 municipalities.

Commitments

We are members of the program, and propote the usage of security mesures in BGP protocol.

We are NLNOG Ring and RIPE Atlas participants, allowing better diagnosis with our network.
